BryAnne is the most amazing therapist I have ever used and I have been getting massages for over thirty years.
She is very knowledgeable about the entire body, and it's different systems. She asks excellent questions and has even had me returning to my PT with suggestions and ideas for my therapies and rehabilitation.
Besides professional treatment, the setting is warm, welcoming and healing. Bry takes all the time you need to be thorough and make sure she understands your needs. I went in for a sports massage to work out really tight legs from bike touring. BryAnne worked all of the right places - she applied enough pressure while checking in that it wasn't too much. Hot rocks were an unexpected pleasure on a cold winter day.
I've pre-booked my next massage for right after my upcoming bike tour. The massage studio is a beautifully planned and decorated space.

I highly recommend Natural Balance for it's wonderful massages! Bryanne is so knowledgeable about what is needed to relieve tension, pain, and muscle imbalances through massage. She can find trigger points I didn't know I had and has great suggestions for maintaining flexibility and balance.
